Last updated on March 11, 2026. These terms apply to the use of AppRun as a platform for provisioning infrastructure and managing application deployments.
1. Acceptance
By using AppRun, you agree to these terms and the policies related to the service.
2. Scope of the service
AppRun provides a layer for infrastructure provisioning, deployment workflows and environment management. Customer infrastructure, provider costs and workload-level compliance remain the customer's responsibility.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must maintain secure credentials, follow the policies of connected providers and ensure that workloads deployed through AppRun comply with applicable laws and internal requirements.
4. Availability and support
We aim to maintain high platform availability, but incidents affecting third-party providers, customer infrastructure or external integrations may impact operational workflows.
5. Fees and billing
AppRun pricing, when applicable, is communicated separately by plan or commercial agreement. External provider fees, infrastructure costs and third-party charges are not included unless explicitly stated.
6. Suspension and termination
Access to the service may be suspended or terminated at the customer's request or due to violations of these terms, subject to any outstanding commercial obligations.
